The tour starts with a video screening and continues in a panoramic space looking out onto the production shops. Charlotte will guide you as she shares the firm’s history and know-how with you. The tour then ends… with a tasting, of course!
If you want to extend your tour of discovery, you can opt for a “gourmet tour” ending with a cheese-themed meal paired with wine, in the marshes of Machecoul, at La Vacheresse, the dairy’s original farm.
