After a tour of a world of beauty and light lasting more than two hours, you will understand why France is the country of cheese. You will discover the passion of these men and women, who love their work as cheese-makers. You will see the tools used by skillful hands and witness one-of-a-kind know-how that has been jealously protected. The tour of the site is progressive, and the route taken gives visitors the opportunity to learn all that there is to know about how the world of dairy is changing.
