A delicious little imp. The Guitton brioche is made by hand with traditional craftsmanship, rising in the ovens of La Lutine (French for “the imp”), in quantities averaging about 3 tons a month. Expertise that has taken the gold medal several times over in the competition for the best Vendée products. La Lutine sits at the edge of Mervent Forest and can be toured in the morning when the baked goods come out of the oven, between 10:00 and 12:00.
